CICCHETTI
NIGHT.
Every Tuesday, the bar at A. Francisco’s slips into something Venetian. Cicchetti Night is our weekly ritual—a little bit of bacaro culture right here in Erie. It’s casual, spontaneous, and built for curious appetites. We roll out a rotating lineup of small, one-bite snacks: think fried, marinated, skewered, or simply piled onto crusty bread. They’re bold, seasonal, and designed to be mixed, matched, and shared over conversation.
Behind the bar, it’s a celebration of amaro, vermouth, and Italian spirits. We pour natural wines by the glass, shake up playful riffs on classic cocktails, and keep things light, bright, and just a little bit bitter. Nothing’s too precious. Everything’s built to flow.
Cicchetti Night is where we test new ideas, highlight ingredients we love, and keep the energy easy and unpolished in the best way. It’s not dinner. It’s not happy hour. It’s something in between. Come for a quick glass and a bite, and linger around for dinner.
No reservations, no expectations, just a standing Tuesday invitation to loosen up and try something different.
